Which One Are Covered in Warranty?

At FPFX Living, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture that lasts. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

Our warranty applies to all furniture pieces against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This includes structural issues, faulty hardware, and workmanship errors. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents are not covered.

Exclusions

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading, stains)

  • Items altered or modified after purchase

  • Accidental damage during shipping (unless reported immediately)

What To Do If The Delivered Product Is Not Perfect?
